Time aprox. 7:30 PM

Came directly to my home to pick up Daughter and Show me his Purchases, latest of Several he has made there in just a few months.

Problem - 26650 Mutant mod. Poorly assembled Switch. Magnets acting as Power conduction circuit.
Magnets should be, but will not, Recessed to allow Switch parts to contact and close circuit.

Problem #2 - associate Accused him of Using the mod and pointed out minute scratches? Really? This is after a China CLONE.
I personally removed the seal wrapping and opened the Box the Mutant was in.
I personally inspected the mod
I personally pointed out the Design FLAW and
I personally instructed him to return it and see if another was available that was assembled correctly.

I feel he was unduly accused, insulted, Mislead upon calling before going in to return the MUTANT and Denied a replacement even though there is legitimate concern with its issues.

I would like to give you the opportunity NOT to lose thousands of Dollars in future Sales before advising our converts on their shopping choices.

Sorry, but a No Returns(exchange) Policy on a NEW item, that has a defective assembly - Is totally wrong and unacceptable.

Just wanted to pop in and say that I do like MaddCatt a lot. I'm in the area visiting and stopped in a couple weeks ago to pick up a Magma clone. The first one had a spinning post, so we sat and opened 5 of them to find one that was right. Tobeco might suck, but these guys don't!

Ended up stopping in and picking up some of your sale juice. I got Super Catt Joose and my gf picked up some Nutty Monkey from the clearance rack. Both are pretty good. The Super Catt Joose was a little different than I expected but is still pretty tasty. No fault of MaddCatt there.

The only complaint I have is that you had nothing that I could taste before I spent money. You guys should really mix up some tester bottles. I get that with your selection it would end up being a lot of juice, but you could phase some stuff in. I also highly doubt that your profit margins are huge either, so I can give some leeway there. Both the liquids we got turned out to be good but I was a bit worried at first.

Staff is knowledgable and friendly. Mod/RBA selection is pretty awesome for a smaller B&M and prices on 99% of the stuff are just barely more than the best deal I can find online, which is 100% fair. You gotta pay rent and salaries somehow.

I also forgot to mention that the first time I went in I was disappointed with my organic cotton, so they gave me a free half-sheet of KGD to try out. I used the text deal to get a free 6ml bottle of the Banana Nut Bread which is awesomely good. Second-best banana nut bread juice I've tried, right behind a batch I tried from a DIYer. I would pay an extra dollar or 2 to get an option of a glass bottle though.

I'll give a 9.5/10 overall. Pretty good considering I'm a picky mf'er when it comes to where I spend my money.

I just found out about MCV & stopped in this weekend for the first time. It was a pretty happening place & they had a lot of flavors available to try. I put together my own sample pack to test out, got a 30 ml of a flavor I really liked & they gave me a free small bottle of whichever flavor I wanted. They made up my juice on the spot & I had it within ten minutes of deciding what I wanted. So far I like all the juices I have been using & they were very friendly so I will be heading there again in the future for sure...
