So the other night at work... I finally decided to move our e-cigs (Blu, njoy, Quick E-cig) to an area where people could see them. It was just bugging me where they were. So the spot that use to be where we kept lottery tickets (before we got the do everything machine) was just an empty spot that was being covered with a now hiring sign. Since we have those signs everywhere, i decided to take down the sign and put the e-cigs there put a lil of each out so people could see them and know we have them. Surprising enough the manager liked the idea (grant it it still has those lil circles where the scratchers were, but its now a place under a plexiglass so people can see we actually carry them. store manager came in the following morning and saw nothing wrong with the idea... I was surprised actually.

Its not all we carry but its enough to make it known they are there and people can buy them.

I have also noticed since the move, they are now actually selling, I will come in at night and see open holes or more space on the rack where they were before hand.

It actually makes me fill a lil warm inside that my decision could of possibly got someone thinking about it and may of bought a disposable to give them a try. With how many people come in and out of that place, hopefully it helped one person convert or atleast give them a chance. Grant it i could be wrong and it could just be normal ecig users buying what they normally buy but just from another store. (Oh well busted my own bubble)

just wanted to share my short story.

Impulse buying is a billion dollar industry in this country. Ever been a Fry's Electronics? They make you pass through a 40' isle of everything but electronics to get to the cashier. Many are aware of the E-cig, but if they don't see you have them sale they wont ask you for them.
Good move, just make sure you post a "Must be 18 to purchase" notice.

So the other night at work... I finally decided to move our e-cigs

I got started with an e-Cig I bought at the supermarket. I had to ask for it, the box was buried in the back, and it had dust all over it.

Ruth moved it out so it could be seen after that. Yes, I know the name of my customer service person at the grocery.

Thanks for doing the same! It's highly likely that you saved some lives by doing that. Since they don't know to thank you for saving their lives, I will!

Thank you!
