Oops.
Did what apparently a lot of people new to vaping have done...pulled what I thought were strands of polyfill sticking to the bridge of my atomizer only to realize very quickly that it was the wick.
I stopped pulling on it immediately, but now have the wick coiled around the bottom of the bridge, in contact with what I assume is the ceramic cup. I don't really want to mess with it anymore. If I leave it like this, is it safe to vape? I read that the wick material doesn't burn at normal atomizer temps.
I've read about direct dripping, but I've also seen a few posts by people who removed the wick and then had their atomizer die immediately after. I took a few drags on it and it seems fine..just wondering if that bit of wick is going to end up burning or smoking or something terrible. TIA!
