From what I understand, correct me if I'm wrong someone, there are places in the US that do re-sell nic to vendors. Those places, such as Wizard Labs, may or may not be 'making' their own nic. But if they aren't, I'm pretty sure they are testing the nic before selling it to the vendors that then use it to mix their own flavors.

There are vendors that extract their own flavors, Ahlusion, HHV and others do this. They may or may not buy their nic from US distributors but any vendor would be very smart to test their nic as it comes in to make sure it is the strength they ordered.

Yes there are vendors that probably are just mixing premade flavors. That is an art also. Just like not everyone is good at cooking, not everyone has the talent for mixing.

I'm calling BS on cauliflower nicotine... Below is from http://www.vidarholen.net/contents/junk/nicotine.html

"The nicotine contents of vegetables

After spending an extraordinarily long time figuring out exactly how much nicotine eggplants contained, I found a proper source and made this page to make Google more helpful in the future. The data is taken from the New England Journal of Medicine vol 329 p437, available here.
Vegetable Nicotine in ng/g g per 1µg nicotine
Cauliflower 16.8 59.5
Eggplant (Aubergine) 100.0 10
Potatoes 7.1 140
Green tomatoes 42.8 23.4
Ripe tomatoes 4.3 233.0
Pureed tomatoes 52.0 19.2
1µg of nicotine is the equivalent of sitting in a vaguely smoke filled room for three hours. A cigarette contains about 7mg of nicotine, of which 1mg is absorbed. In other words, 100g of eggplant contains 0.01mg of nicotine, and 10kg of eggplant is equivalent to one cigarette. However, absorbtion rates from ingestion are low and nicotine is quickly metabolised, so the effect isn't nearly the same."

The owner of Juice E-Fusion, whose name is Cutty, told me that he distills his own nic from cauliflower leaves. I thought he was kidding but went online and discovered that cauliflower leaves are, indeed, fairly high in nicotine. I'm not too crazy about JEF juices, but he has a few I like.

What about Totally Wicked who says their nic for Platinum and Titanium Ice comes from Ireland? Or, maybe the "Irish" nic isn't imported into USA. Of course there is also, RTS USA nic, right?
That's a new one on me from Totally Wicked. I did try the Platinum once and it was good, but very expensive. As for RTS, believe what you read, because what I've read, I do not.

Spot on with Platinum and Titanium ice. PM me on what you have read that makes you disbelieve. I have a real need for a good disbelief.

Johnson's Creek claims to use "USA Sourced" ingredients to make their juice. However, their juice is what's in blu and blu is made in China . I doubt that they would import from the USA, I could be wrong.
Blu hardware is made in China. Where they fill their cartomizers is unknown by me, but could be done at Johnson Creek facilities.
