Halo and Johnson Creek extract their own nicotine. Halo uses absolutely no ingredients from China. I haven't contacted Johnson Creek about their ingredients, but I would be shocked if they used China-made ingredients. The juice for BLU is made in the US, shipped to China, where the cartos are filled.

Vendors who say everything comes from China are saying so because their e-juice or ingredients are made in China.
I don't believe for 1 second anyone is extracting nicotine from cauliflower for e-juice. It would take so much as to make the juice prohibitively expensive.

I was told by a vapor store owner that there are no nicotine distillers in the US and that "Made in the USA" juices are, at best, only mixed in the USA. A little troublesome as most juicers do have the $ to analyze nicotine purity properly. Anyone else knowledgable on this topic?

People say a lot of things. I heard one vendor claiming that extracting nicotine was illegal in the US, then proceeded to admit that there are some companies who extract it proving that he was making crap up just to say something.

The claim is RTS has labs that extract in the US. But people say a lot of things. For some reason this makes a lot of people very made and they will say anything to discredit that claim.
It's up to you to listen and decide for yourself.
I know I asked one juice mixer if they had US "made" nicotine and they said they did. There's a lot of fuzzy words thrown around like "sourced", but there are some who say "made" or "extracted". They would have a hard time if it was ever found out that was a lie. There's a big enough profit in liquids that a quick buck plan is possible but it would seem smarter to go for the long haul.

Really there's not much nicotine in eliquid. If you don't trust something about foreign liquids your distrust should be focused more on the PG/VG.

Johnson's Creek claims to use "USA Sourced" ingredients to make their juice. However, their juice is what's in blu and blu is made in China . I doubt that they would import from the USA, I could be wrong.

How do you explain Johnson Creek's prefilled cartos?
At one time JC was like any other vaper during a time when liquid selection was low and flavors sucked. The owner started DIY just like so many do now. They're not putting their name on Chinese liquid shipped over in Blu cartos or in their own cartos.

I haven't heard that about JC. I haven't asked because it's one of those things I'd rather not know :)
I figure if any US liquid mixer is able to get US extracted nicotine it would be JC. Likewise if any US liquid company was able to extract on a large scale it would be JC.
I figure the cartos are filled at JC. At least since they got Vea.
Whether or not RTS has connections to labs that would extract for them, it's not out of the question like some people claim.

I agree about vendors who say everything is from China. I won't trust them because they're basically saying they're repackaging Chinese. I can do that myself if that's what everyone is doing.
