We have been using madvapes for almost two years now. I can honestly say that this is a company that started out small and has not forgotten their roots as they grew. Hoogie and the team have always treated me us with the utmost respect. As with all companies they may mis-pick now and then, but they fix it as soon as they are aware of the problem. madvapes took the extra step and added a bar code system to their picking process. This has seemed to cut the mis-picks to a very min amount.
As a growing company they have their aches and pains, but always make good. I had one order that they missed. I notified them and they upgraded the shipping to get it to me on time. One item i received had a nick in the coating. As it was not a big deal to me, i thought it best to let them know so they could watch for this type of thing. The crew their insisted that they get it replaced. To me it was not a big deal. To them it was. Now thats a customer driven company. Even when a customer is happy with it, they were not because of a minor visual defect.
Sorry if this is a little long winded. I have nothing but praise for Hoogie and the team at madvapes. I have so much praise for them that I have turned my brother and mother in law into MadVapes customers. I keep their business card in my wallet at all times. This way if someone asks where I get my great product I just hand them their card.
If you have not given them a try, I say go for it. You wont regret it

I wish I could agree, but I can't. My sister is trying to get started with vaping, but has hit a wall. She ordered a kit from Madvapes, but ordered the wrong kit, her fault. I finally got a hold of them and they did fix it before it went out. But, they forgot the charger. She has been trying to get a hold of them all day but no one ever answers the phone. She did start a ticket. I just wish they would answer the phone, that is part of customer service.

Their actions concerning CS are way beyond the norm if you would take the time to read previous posts from people in the MadVapes Suppliers section, and their Positive Reviews. In two recent separate posts, people had problems and they responded almost immediately to try to help resolve them. A lot of the concerns center around individuals who should be using the ticket system and don't, call repeatedly to tie up the phone lines---some upwards of 10 times for the same thing, when a simple ticket would have solved it stat. They have several phone lines and are usually constantly on them, but have more people handling tickets for those problems, they reported, & in another post that Monday was their worst day. Plus they also said they are seriously looking at the phone situation and are trying to come up with a better system quickly and judging from their past actions, believe it . I know this doesn't do anything to solve your problem, grillman65, but these guys really care about their customers and are trying through feedback from us to try and fix their problems, not just talk about them or ignore us. Hope this answers some of the why's about their phone service. Sjkader is right in saying what we all know about MV, they'll always make good in the end.

I agree. They have made a couple of misspics with my orders but both times have sent the correct parts right away and when I asked about my sending the incorrect parts back they said don't worry about it just keep them. Wow, how often do you hear that? Ebay may be cheaper but you will never get service like this. One thing to remember, for the quickest response with a problem use the ticket system.

I had a small problem with an order and filled out a ticket. I expected to have to send the broken item back so they could see it was not working. Instead, I opened up my email to find a ticket saying they had immediately shipped a replacement. There was no note apologizing (as I read about on another thread) and I didn't need one. Taking care of business -- that is what it is about. I trust that Madvapes will make it right if something is wrong.
