I've gotten no response from madvapes now well over 24 hours on a bad e-power switch. Seems like a simple matter and they are inexpensive. Also bought 4oz of VG and PG and the bottles came unlabeled. I can't tell any difference in the fluid and it's my first time buying the stuff so I'm not sure which is which. Anyone know how to determine the difference between VG and PG?

It just seems like they are out of a lot of stuff too. I was wondering if I should buy some where else. Any recommendations?

Telling the difference between PG and VG from Madvapes may be a little difficult. Their VG is pretty thin (that's a good thing in my book), but it will still be a little thicker than the PG. A simple way to tell would be a taste test. Try just a drop - the VG should be a little sweet tasting and the PG will have almost no flavor.

Madvapes will get back to you. They are a good vendor. You are right, that they're sometimes out of stock in some items. However, if you are thinking you can get everything you'll ever want with one vendor, you probably won't. Madvapes is probably my favorite but, no single vendor is all things all the time. You wouldn't limit yourself to only shopping at Wal-mart. There's no reason to do that in this case either. Liberty Flights is another of my favorites. Cignot is good and their shipping is nothing short of astounding. I can't count the number of sites I've dealt with and they have all been good. Look in the suppliers section on here. There are a lot of good vendors.

Somewhere somebody posted a fix for the misaligned switch button and circuit board. Pop the button off, gently move the CB over to align and reinstall button. That info is from a 64 y.o. mind, so please look up the thread to be sure.

As to Mad Vapes, top notch vendor and they have a lot of my money!

Something's wrong. I've bought all kinds of stuff from them and on occasion I've had a problem and they've always taken care of me. You have enough posts to post in any forum. Madvapes has a forum on this site and I know they read it. Try inquiring in there. Nobody likes an attitude. So, I suggest you just ask what gives. I assure you that your experience isn't typical.

If I understand correctly, it is a small company that really took off. They were updating their ordering system or something just a week or two ago, to keep up with demand. So they may have been a bit behind before starting to get ready for Hurricane Irene. I know smaller communities get busy helping out those who can't do prep work for themselves, like elderly or disabled folks.

I'd give them a week, or even two, to catch back up after the clean up and when Irene isn't dumping rain there, maybe wind damage and some flooding.

Seems to me, based on 4 or 5 orders, to be excellent people to deal with overall and quite honest.
