Madvapes rocks. I ordered some batteries from them, a charger and some juice. First off let me say I didnt know what to expect from them but they have left me very impressed. NOt only did they have the best prices on just about everything in their store. Their customer serice is top notch. I had two batteries die on me and they sent me out two new ones and a free drip tip just because to be nice. I will definately be shopping here more for my battery needs. They were very fast in responding to my emails and I cancelled an order for a juice that I placed and they promtly refunded my money without shipping it out first. I felt like I was being a headache and high demanding but here they make you feel like the customer comes first. Thanks Madvapes!

I concur! MadVapes rocks!!! Their prices are the best and their customer service is top notch. All my orders were processed and in the mail rapidly. I placed an order last night and another today. The first order is already on the way and I'm sure the other will be sent tomorrow! On my very first order from MadVapes, I had an issue with one of the products that I received. They replaced it right away, no questions asked. I am most definitely a faithful customer now. Thanks MadVapes!

I'm a Madvapes fan, too! FAST shipping and excellent prices. They also charged the batteries of the 510 kit and 4 10440s I bought so I was able to use them right away. Not a huge thing, but it just shows a great deal of thoughtfulness and caring for their customers.
