MadVapes Blueberry

First off I should point out that I'm really new to e-cigs. That said, I just received my order of Blueberry juice from madvapes.com, and was horrified by it's flavor. I have been reading about "steeping" (which I had no idea about until recently) and was wondering if anyone else has tried this juice, and if so how long did it take for that REALLY STRONG soapy/perfume flavor to go away? (Or does it ever fully go away?)

I was just about to throw it in the trash before hearing about steeping!

if you're new, don't buy anything that isn't recommended ...when i started, i bought a bunch of juices from china based company and when it says blueberry, you think of, well, blueberries, the food ... yummy... uh uh... nope.

even juice that tons of people like doesnt' mean you're gonna like it.... buyer beware.... buy small samples and from different vendors.
It's expensive and time consuming, but it pays to do your homework... due diligence here on ecf.... find one or two you like and be happy.

" Can't miss" from me: Vapor Bomb - 1. Creamy Peanut Butter 2. Snickerdoodle.... BWB - any of his coffee drinks espresso cappucino's

Pissant, I am also new to vaping but I found that chocolate is a good everyday all day vape.
I have been getting liquid from vaporbomb and just put in an order for more.
I received a sample of blueberry from them with my last order and do not like it at all.
But I am not much of a blueberry person.
Vaporbombs bomb nd joy and milk chocolate are really good - my mix (20%VG - 80%PG) and my next order I dropped to 18mg nic from 24mg.
This milk chocolate has a finish of tooties roll.
Oh what can be better then vapin chocolate lol - no calories
I am also letting the blueberry steep and I will give it one more try before pitching it in the trash.

I've had exactly the same experience, and the foul, perfumey flavor never went away.

Unfortunately, to my taste, many of MadVapes juices suffer those same characteristics, (Blueberry, Cinnibiscus, Honeydew, and Very Berry come immediately to mind). After waiting months in some cases, only to find that they never transformed into something palatable, I gave them all away, and I no longer get juices from MadVapes.

I have a bottle of Maiden Coffee from Gourmet vapes that falls in the category of 'probably will never use it' I love dark black coffee and all the reviews indicated that is what is what like. Not really close for me. More of a burnt, sort of coffee taste. Not worth the time/effort to deal with sending it in the mail so it will sit here for awhile until I throw it out.

buy small sizes to start with.

Madvapes is cheap but I will say some of their flavors have a flowery/perfumey aroma when new. I don't even care with their Chocolate Fudge Bavarian Cream - I will vape it right through the floweriness and eventually the bottle will be opened enough times for the floweriness to fade.

Eliquids use concentrated professional food flavorings and some flavoring tend to get flowery when used in higher percentages. The same thing can happen when multiple flavors are mixed to make a juice.

Chocolate Fudge Bavarian Cream.....my all time favorite! yum

If (after steeping) you still don't like it, don't throw it away. This site has a Pay it Forward area where you can give it to someone else. Or trade or sale it in the classified area. Or save it for someone you introduce to vaping. :) Or send it to me, my son loves their blueberry and the blackberry. :)

I am going to look into this pay it forward business! What an excellent idea! I'm going to give it at least a month, if by then it's still horrid I will for sure take your advice!

So should I leave the bottle open?
