Good evening my fellow vape heads!

I felt it important to leave a positive post on madvapes.com because they handled my problems extremely well.

I had a defect with my RS which they fixed and got back to me quickly. Throughout the process I worked with their ticket/technical support and their phone service; both were polite and made me feel as if I was more than just a sale. Based on this interaction, I intend to make madvapes.com my go to supplier for equipment.

The inventory is pretty big, I've had almost no problems with faulty atties/carts, and when I do have a problem they are very good at fixing it. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get started or even anyone who is experienced!

Madvapes has low-pricing that is untouchable by virtually all other online suppliers. To top it off, they have a wide variety of merchandise that covers many different needs and tastes. Not everyone vapes the same or with the same hardware...but no matter how unique your style is, you can surely fill your cart with some new, enjoyable artillery from this site.

These people definately know how to do customer service, they do know how to fix a problem fast and very efficient!! Great products at a good price!! The Roughstacks are an awesome simple mod for noobies and veterans alike, very well done!

I love MadVapes! their prices are great and they have such great variety! when I need something I have found that I will always check with them first and I usually find just what I needed at a wonderful price! the only thing I can find wrong with them is that I find toooooo much of what I need and then some!!

Madvapes was a recent good find for me. I like their assortment of juices, hardware, customer service, and efficiency. I had a similar item shipped that was the wrong thing a few weeks ago. I left them email and they responded quickly. They shipped out the right item that day and apologized for the mistake.

Madvapes is a great vendor! It's hard to find a vendor with just about everything you need in one place. They stock mod parts, electronic parts for ecigs, juice, attys, batteries, kits, and other things you don't see in all vendor's inventory.
