I recently had a problem with a gold rush tube mod I had purchased from Madvapes several months ago. The mod appeared to have a short in the firing button. This mod has been well used and I didn't believe the problem to be a manufacture defect. I sent a support ticket asking for a repair cost. Imagine my suprise when they said to just send it in. Within a week the mod was returned, works perfect, at absolutly no charge!! This company has stood behind their product like no other. Thank you to all at Madvapes, you made my day.
