this thing rocks. plenty of vapor, excellent battery life, 510 style atomizers, replaceable 14650 standard battery, replaceable switch all of 40 bucks, i dont know if there is a better value. this is the best pv i have ever had and i have had 4. i had an njoy, 510 titan, and a riva 510. the riva 510 is a good unit which i still have, the titan 510 was ok but overpriced, and the njoy was my first purchase and a mistake. all i have to say is thank you to mad vapes what an excellent product and an excellent price.

Right after I put this up I searched it in the forum and found that the batt that comes with isn't protected and there are no vent holes in the tube. Might want to research more before spending anything on it.

HoosierEcigs.com, GotVapes.com, MadVapes.com, VaperJunction.com and several have the 14650 E-Powers. I've read several threads that the 18650 E-Powers are having problems, I just received a 14650 E-Power for both me and my buddy and are loving them. So far the battery lasts me about 10 hours on a full charge, but it's a new toy and I can't seem to put it down, it's great.
If you cannot find what you are looking for, and if the others are covered in that soft paint finish, it is ultra easy to remove the paint covering.
Take a baby wipe, wrap it around the piece, let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. It will loosen the paint enough that you can easily rub it off. You may need to get it started a bit by gently scratching or rubbing hard into the painted finish with your finger nail, but it works fabulously. It does not in any way damage the eGo--all it does is remove the paint finish.
I figured this out one day when I accidentally laid a baby wipe on top of my black eGo. When I picked it up, I noticed that the paint finish was a bit different. A little rubbing and I soon had a gleaming Stainless finish. By the way, the Platinum ones are also paint coated, and the paint will come off of those the same way. I had a Platinum one that had a scratch in it near the button. After I learned the trick on my black one, I tried it on the Platinum one, and it soon was gleaming Stainless Steel!

Im thinking about getting an e-power pretty soon to use when i dont want to carry around my big ProVari. The e-power will produce constant 3.7 volts instead of gradually going lower like the eGo. Sounds like a safe bet to me.
I've had my e-Power 18650 (from hoosierecigsupply) for about 2 weeks now (it's my first 'mod'). Got the black one.

Was a great deal - $45 or so and came with some clear DC cartomizers from Smoktech (two 18650 batteries and a charger too) - my first/only cartos ever so they work - and hit pretty hard. Kind of hard to beat for $45 bucks. Thanks again Brent.

- Paint has already started coming off the tube - am mostly vaping at home and don't exactly throw the thing around so am disappointed in that.
- Within first couple of days - the switch (center housing) failed - just up and stopped working - emailed Brent and he sent another one out right away - second one is fine (knock on wood) so chalk that up to stuff-happens. Thanks to Brent at hoosierecigsupply for getting that replacement out right away. Woo Hoo..

Yeah they seem like a great mod for the price. I would probably buy mine from MadVapes though. Reviews of them seem to be better than the ones from Hoosier.
I owned an ePower and I was super happy with it. I ended up selling it to a friend who wanted to start vaping. The only reason I parted with it is that I became hooked on 5V vaping. Great device, excellent price...
