Madvapes My First and (very possible) Last Order - Now a positive review

I ordered 5 round tipped ego DCCs. I received 3 round and 2 flat tipped ones. I started a ticket addressing this issue and was told I agreed to no refunds, exchanges, or warranties on Cartos their in terms and conditions.

So you send me the wrong product and I'm not covered? This makes zero sense.

In addition to that, you say there are no warranties on cartos but the description page clearly states the following.

"Description
New eGo Dual coil Cartomizers.

These are amazing and hold almost 5mils of e-liquid. Great vapor production with a long time between refills with the smok label on it.

Screws directly onto an e-Power battery with no cone required. Gives a great finished look. Comes with a soft round rubber tip.

Price is per cartomizer and warrantied for DOA units only. Approximately 1.6 ohms."

So Which is it? Are you going to make right by this or have a one time customer that never thinks of you for vaping needs again?

At this stage of the games I wish I could get this moved to the positive thread. I got my package from MV today and was expecting two lil rubber tips. Instead there are two cartomizers.

Thanks for getting this sorted out so quick MV. I'll definitely be buying from/suggesting you in the future.
