Well in the review on that site one person brought up the point of getting a multimeter. You can get one that will check voltage also for around the same price. I have seen one in my local
vape lounge but I have a very good meter so I did not bother. It can only be used to do one thing. I will say that meters in the $20.00 range will not test PV voltage accurately because you need one that reads TRUE RMS. They are expensive. But a $20 multimeter will do more than the one you looked at. Radio Shack, Home Depot, Lowes all have meters at reasonable prices. Why get an ohm meter that you can't use for anything but testing Attys?
