Did the flavors or formulas change on the Irish Mintz and the Cookies and Cream?

Our order on 3/11 was great. Reordered on 3/19, definitely did not taste the same. Put it away to steep. Ordered again on 3/26, again didn't taste anything like the first batch. Set aside to step.

Checked them over the weekend and they still just smell like mint or menthol. (I have a small amount of the original order and they don't smell like the original order.) I tried vaping the Irish Mintz on Sunday. Between two folks that loved the 3/11 batch, this new bottle still wasn't ready to vape. Do I need to steep them longer than a month? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for the help.

I used to love c&c until the formula was somehow changed! I have found with MV there are many flavors that change drastically over orders. I have moved on after repeating orders and not getting the same ol flavor. I did steep the flavors and they still were the same. Cookies and cream, mad 4 and waffle have changed to the point that I go elsewhere for juice. MV is still awesome for parts and mods though! This is only my personal opinion since taste is subjective. :)

Thanks Madcaprym for the response. Multiple people tried the original and the follow up shipments of the Irish Mintz and all said they are different. In our group, we're all new to vaping, so no one knew for sure if steeping would change it drastically or not.

I just ordered parts and that got me thinking about the juice. I was tempted to buy more juice, but thought I should find out if the juice changed somehow before I purchased even more.

Actually, there may be slight variations in the taste of juice and there's a good reason for it.. With our flavors, we use organic freshly made alcohol based extracts. Our mix and recipes never change once a flavor is made. The sources of VG, PG and nic are all very closely monitored and have not changed in a couple of years.

Our extract manufacturer may source raw materials from different sources based on the time of year and where that crop is being grown. So a fresh spearmint from a local source may have more flavor in it than a shipment that is imported.

A good example for me is Very Berry. I've been vaping this stuff for 2 years and it can go from slightly tart to slightly sweet in between gallons of extract. The last batch we got was slightly sweet which is my preference. I can only assume becasuse local crops are available that it's changed.

One of the reasons why we use alcohol based organic extracts was set a long time ago when I first started vaping.. I liked some china juices and still do but I found that some of the flavors were so strong with flavor that they actually overpowered my taste buds and would give me flavor overload.

When TopVapor was first started it was based purely upon trying to find something that had good flavor but wasn't quite so strong. Originally it was just for personal use.

I tried some of the more popular flavor companies out there and found that the extracts were PG based and very strong and some had somewhat of an artificial taste. In the quest for my own personal favorite vape, I found a company that made organic extracts and bought some samples which I thought were awesome once we made a batch. I never meant to sell my own personal stuff. This was way back in the infancy of Madvapes itself. But I did start including some samples with kits and people starting requesting it, so we put a few flavors on the website where it continued to grow.

Some peeps think the flavors are light and that's on purpose, what we use for extracts to make a batch of e-liquid actually takes more than using concentrates but I believe that it gives a cleaner vape. Based on the thin viscocity of the alcohol based extracts, we also use more VG since a PG only liquid would be very thin.

Don't know if that helps much but gives a little history :)
