Mag Solitaire Mod

There's not much hype about these around anymore, but I think this design is pretty solid. I listed details on what I've done in a couple of the photos. Tell me what you think!

I've been using it for a few hours now and haven't noticed any issues with it so far. Looking to keep this on my keychain

I really like that mod. I don't like 10440 batteries though. Still, it is a pretty cool mod. Thanks for sharing.

I hear ya on the 10440s. Battery life is terrible. This is mainly going to be my "hidden" mod. I accomplished the 2 things I set out to do. 1. Keep it looking as close to the original flashlight as possible. 2. Create a cap design that would be interchangeable with different connectors.

No I completely understand, and it's a really cool idea. The battery life isn't even real problem for me. It's the voltage drop. It's like hitting air for me. I really do like the idea though.

I did notice that it wasn't quite as strong. I've been meaning to pick up a volt indicator from MV. But for $15, I think I can just guess. lol
