how do you clean the mega cartomizer from Ego ??

Are they reservoir cartos or stuffing kind?

Some people boil them but that is more likely to destroy the colored wrap

Some people have way of baking them (on end?) at low temp after washing to dry them - 180 degrees? I don;t know the details

If reservoir ones - no idea which kind you are describing.

If you're talking about these, then you can try forcing hot water through them with a syringe but it might takes days before they dry enough to use again.

I never bothered even trying to clean them.
