Mage Colored O Rings

Had anyone used these? I switched out the clear ones to red ones. The tank leaked like mad after a rewicking. Twice. Switched back to the clear ones. All is fine again. I'm sure I installed the red ones correctly. Close examination showed the red ones were thinner. Anyway this experience casts further questions on Coil Arts quality control.

I have not tried any but the clear o-rings in my SS version. My black one has the red ones pre-installed, but I am keeping it in the box for future use.

I changed them out because I have 2 Mages so I wanted to be able to tell one from another. I suggest you keep an eye on it when you do switch then out. I did a comparison yesterday. The replacement o rings are definitely more flimsy in the pack they sent me.
