Helloooooo
What a beautiful day!!!

A quick question. does anyone use a mini maglite (or similar) holster for their eGo? Would it fit?

I found one holder here Nite Ize Mini Pock-Its Leatherman + AA maglite holster

and it looks like i could put a small bottle of juice in the front.

Here are a couple of others from random sites shop4torches.co.uk Maglite Torch Holsters - Maglite - Streamlight - INOVA - Blackhawk Night-Ops - Princeton Tec - Surefire - LED Lenser - Torches - Lanterns - Rechargeable - LED - Xenon - Terralux - Gerber - Nite-Ize

I usually leave my eGo in my shirt pocket but when I bend down it falls out.

Have an awesome day and thanks for reading!!

Cheers,

Maxy :)

I have not tried one but that is a great idea. I am going to go to my local Home Depot and look at one and see if it will fit. That is exactly what I need as I too carry it in my shirt pocket and am always worried it is going to fall out.

I will check one out and come back and report if it fits.

Thanks,

Thanks guys,
I'm about to head up to the local camping world shop. I just rang and they have the AA ones in stock so I'll see if it fits.

After looking at the Nite Ize one more closely, I don't like the belt clip. It's a lot like the old mobile phone cover clips.

I'll let you know how it fits when I get back!! :)

MXBNW I have about 4 of those!! Looks like they will finally come in handy :)

Ok so I went and purchased a Maglite holster. They only had the AA one in stock but it works.

On the back of the holster there's a velco strap that you put over your belt. It's very sturdy.

The eGo fits in the top nicely. The cart and a bit of the cone stick out of the top which is great 'cause it's easier to get out of the holster. The top flap covers the part that sticks out of the holster. The top flap also has velcro so you don't need to worry about the PV falling out.

I put the battery cover on the PV then tried putting it in the holster but the cover kept moving so i took the battery cover off. The PV fits snuggly in the holster and I just make sure the battery button is pointed to the side so it won't go off by accident.

There are some (pocket) knife holders that may work just as well and let you fit a bottle of juice into the holster as well. I saw some on the net. The camping shop didn't have a big range so I couldn't really compare but, for now, I'm happy with this one :)

If the Nite Ize had a different belt clip I think I would have looked into purchasing one of those!!

THE END
