Iv dealt with Platinum, they are good people.
Its true what they tell you about those magnets, keep them way far apart from each other when you are tinkering with it or cleaning it, they can attract each other from 6 inches away!

You can get an entire clone with magnets ( and other parts, sleeve, etc) at fasttech for less than replacement magnets at Platinum.
To each their own.
Ive had better experiences with FT than most authentic Modders Ive dealt with.
FT doesnt make clones. They only sell them. (FYI: the authentic Able is a knocknoff of the Limitless).
We are talking spare/replacement magnets here.
May as well get a free sleeve, and other pieces for the same price.
Iv been dealing with 3F for the last two months and my serenity level has never been higher.
3f is awesome too.
They have the better Able clones (proper logos), however keep in mind we are still talking about cannibalizing it for spares, so no need to spend the extra money on the 3f version.
OK, I gotta know how you come to this conclusion? Just because they both have replaceable sleeves? The Pegasus Changling had a replaceable sleeve way back when. Does that make it the father of both? LOL. Seriously, the "top hat" is in no way like a limitless. The AV has zero battery adjustment because it don`t need it, the limitless has a collar that must be adjusted. To say one is like the other suggests a lack of detail in your assumption?
They both have replaceable sleeves and are tubular, any resemblance ends there.

Stylewise, the Able is obviously their take on the Limitless. Slap a lill Manhatten styking and Bam.
AV is famous for it.

Only so many ways to dress up a metal tube.
Fwiw, out of the two, the Able is the superior mod.

Fasttech sells a replacement AV switch that contains magnets, a logo less brass button, and copper contact, with a aluminum housing. Couple dollars.
