Magnets usually replace the spring. Instead of using the tension of the steel, it uses the magnet's repel action to do the pushing. Magnets are also used to make a flat top battery into a button top. FatDaddyVapes has done the right size calculations and determined what size magnets go with what mods, so you search for your mod type and he'll list the magnets that will work for it.

I can also highly recommend fatdaddy as well

On my HCigar SS and Copper Nemesis, it got rid of the crunchiness of the springs and just makes it a whole lot more pleasurable to use. On some devices, magnets also fix the problem where they fire if they are left standing up

He also has bigger contacts for the Nemesis and those reduce the throw on the switch

I use a Flat Top Adapter and not magnets. basically just a round piece of Plexiglas with a rivet in the center. It's like a nipple implant. That's how I use a 35 amp flat top in the futura. Otherwise stuck with low amp nipple top batteries that can't keep it up once their voltage drops to 3.9 volts when vaping at 30 watts. Would probably be cheaper to make, go to the hobby shop and get some silver rivets and use an old credit card to cut and cut a battery size disc, insert rivet, flatten with hammer, BAM, you have a nipple. Titillating isn't it. lmao

That flat top adapter sounds like a good choice. Is it safe to push more than 10A through them, and do they add a noticeable amount of voltage drop?
