Magnets in Paragon?

Ok, I'm in love with a Paragon clone and really want it. But, I'm not a fan of spring loaded switches. Has anyone put magnets in one?

If so, please show me what kind to use as I'm still a newbie to mechs

Some springs are surprisingly nice. Unless you have tested the Paragon already and that is what is holding you back. I would be kind of interested to see if there is a list of compatible magnets with different mods.

No, this is the thing, its a red carbon fiber and not available locally for me to try it. I decided to get it anyway. But, if someone has put magnets in one I would still like to hear from him/her.

I have the exact paragon you are talking about. I got it from Fastec about two weeks ago and can say I am really happy with it. I actually thought it was magnetic until I took it apart. You will be happy with it.

It is sitting in front of me with a Veritas topper. Copper and blk/red carbon fiber.

I've seen that one, too. This one is a rose red from Yeashimo. Eciggity had the best price I could find. Well, hopefully I like it

I bought some of the super strong Fat Daddy Vape ones, although with the recessed switch, it was probably unneccessary.

The FT magnets are quite a good buy. There were some other FDV things I wanted though.

I have the authentic Paragon Carbon w/dripper cap and the Fasttech clone. The authentic one has problems with the telescoping 510(striping at the delrin) and tube is somewhat too long.. Clone is a better build and is shorter. The switch on the clone has the same feel as the authentic. No need for magnets. I'll post the image of the two later.

Bah... My post was stupid. Completely different Paragon models. Ignore please...

Just want to say the Fasttech version is very nice and no need for magnets. Complete copper body wrapped in carbon fiber. Only problem was the floating pin is very stiff.
