Hi Payne, battery life will be shorter using an 18490 with the Kick than without the Kick.
There is a forum here for the Silver Bullet too where you might find help for any other questions:

Your thread title is just fine. It accurately reflects the inaccuracy of calculating how long a charge will last using maH.

To answer your question regarding the Kick, I found this at the altsmoke website. I believe it may be directly from the Evolve. :

"7.) Battery life per charge: Many variables contribute to battery life per charge cycle. The Kick incorporates a boost circuit which requires more of your battery. Aggregate button/activation time, power setting, and atty/carto selection all factor into this equation. Battery age and conductive efficiency of the different devices are also variables. Using the Kick will reduce battery life per charge cycle. There is no way to provide use time per charge cycle as there are too many variables. On average, testers experienced reductions ranging from 10 to 20% depending on many different use variables."

I would suspect, that last sentence is understated. So typical of ecig manufacturers to overstate or understate longevity by a long shot.

 this is like watching kids on a playground. Grow up or .....

Payne, Bugg's post says it all. There is an efficiancy loss with the added circuitry. You need to move up to 18650s if you want longer run time. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy anything claiming 4000mAh. The 2 batteries that I know of that claim 4000+ mAh just so happen to be 2 of the worst batteries in existence.

You just put a garden tractor battery in a Peterbuilt... guess what happens next...lol. The Kick really does like the bigger batteries, my Kick has been living in my Bombshell Stinger and it averages 2 1/2 day with that big 26650 battery. Get a Kick ring and use 18650s for better life in the SB...I get about a full day doing that.

Totally off topic, but Semper Fi, brother. I went to comm school in 29 Palms. Oh, the joys of raking sand in the desert in summertime.
