Maintenance and a how-to video request

I have been doing some regular maintenance to my SB. I use the drip method and have to regularly wipe out my atomizer as well as the threads to the SB. Since the SB is a sealed unit, I often times have some liquid on the outside of the SB when taking breaks. I am running off of 6v, so it is essential that I have plenty of liquid, which leads to overfilling when the batteries get weak...Anyhow...I have noticed that it has gotten harder to screw my SB together. I used a napkin to wipe away the grey matter that has been getting in the grooves of the SB. I have been doing a pretty good job of wiping excess liquid away as well as making sure my connections are clean. I do have one concern though: I am unable to access the switch and am unclear how much liquid/corrosion might be taking place. I would love a short video on how to take that piece apart, clean it and put it back together. These are my thoughts. Cheers.

If you are having problems getting it to screw together you can use a cleaning brush(old tooth brush) to clean the main threads of the unit. The atty connector is sealed, not much to worry about in the switch housing. The switch itself is sealed, so again no worries of corrosion. Using a napkin or other paper cloth can leave behind lint which can add to the threading issues you are having. A micro fiber cloth would work the best as far as wipeing the threads out. I will post a care and maint. addendum soon.

Thanks for the response. I've gotten the threads nice and clean at this point, I was just worried about what's going on in the switch housing. After seeing the build up I had made on the threads, I started to think about the switch. I am a heavy user and sometimes I notice liquid on the switch as I am using it (this comes from overfilling of course). I guess I am just being paranoid (not being able to see the inside of theswitch doesn't help with my paranoia). I've been enjoying this vaporizer so much that I've been kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop. I am trying to do everything I can think of to prolong the life of this wonderful device. I know it's a rugged beast, I guess I just need to remind myself of this.
