I'm not a "cartoony" kind of person but I really like your avatar. Was surprised not to see it on the site.

I can honestly say that, in general, I don't put too much weight on how a website looks. You offer great pricing and free shipping and that alone would deserve my business. Good luck for great success! :)

I liked the site. There was a use of Flash, but unlike some, it wasn't overused and distracting. I like the dark color scheme with the black and purple. It makes the product sections "pop" and stand out which helps the customer so much. The pages loaded fast, the FAQS page was well planned and neatly done.

The products were laid out well, going from a simple starter kit, all the way a nice experienced user set. I really liked the feature that allowed a user to see accessories that they could use, when you chose a product.

The graphics are easy on the eye, but eye-catching at the same time. I really like the contact fonts at the top..gives it a "tougher" feel.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm giving it a solid 9!

I would like to see more close up pictures of the product. A lot of new people will be interested in viewing a close up picture to figure out how to use it. Also a couple of good links to how to video's for new people on simple things like how to screw on the atty/ carto, how to refill a carto. Maybe some troubleshooting Q &A section. That way you won't get a lot of repeated questions which in turn can lead to unhappy customers.
You also need to contrast some colors on the site. The white is a bit overpowering on that black background.I know you are starting out but hopefully you will be expanding your juice line to include a bit of variety and smaller sample bottle or sampler pack, that way the customers can try different flavors and then come back to you for the 50 ml bottle at your great price.
You may also want to add to the fill of items , a pack of ego-t carts to go with your atties that you sell , do a combo pack of 2 atties and pack of carts for a set price. This would be a great way to set someone up with some back ups of extra atties and carts.
Overall its a great site that offers great prices and with time and expansion could really get a solid customer base.

Good Job!!!

I really like your logo. It is very classy but it didn't seem to go with the woman on top or fonts used. The different parts of the main page just felt like different ideas merged together not one overall theme. All the pictures of women, especially the one at the top were off putting to me. And the pictures don't seem to go with the overall look of your site. I found the flash in the middle of the page was distracting; it seemed to change fairly quickly. And I agree with a post above that it would be better used showcasing newly added product. Purple and black is a nice combo but the purple color used just doesn't "pop" and because it's only on one side, the main page just doesn't feel done to me. The page seems "heavy" on one side. As others have said, I found the lettering hard to read and the pictures of the products didn't really show them off well. Also I couldn't find any information about refunds/exchanges etc. A bit more info about your company might help give people who haven't bought from you before some comfort that it's a legitimate site. I also agree that the FAQs were nicely done.

I really like how the site looks at first glance. The limited product choices would be a turn off for me. Only 36mg liquid as far as I can see. And only two flavors and unflavored. I know you will soon widen your nic to 0mg, but will there be an option for 18mg or 12mg? It is easier to lower nic level then to stop it cold.

I also like the FAQ section, even though it is Flash.

One thing I would add is a Warning: nicotine is bad for you (in case somebody doesn't know).

I think your photo of the woman is too dark...but its my pet peeve...Obviously more items needed. I like 36mg but I would like other choices as well.

Things I like...free shipping, your phone number, reasonable prices and being able to use credit cards/debit etc. I have gone to allot of new vendors and shy away because of the ordering process.

I would place a non liability statement regarding nicotine and the use/handling of it afterwards....like not responsible for misuse syndrome and that the customer is responsible for safe handling....you know not let the kiddo's get their little hands into it and so forth....

I didn't read the other reviews, so I would have an unbiased look at the page... so I may just be saying things that have already been said.
I think you're off to a good start. I like that you offer some nice info for the beginner (which I am). Navigation seems clear, though I think you could add a link to 'products' or 'store' on the top navigation bar in addition to the shop links already on the side bar. I did look there first for a link. I think the white sections pop out too much from the black, yet the fonts on those white sections don't seem to stand out enough. I guess I picture it being all black (or at least having the content parts something close to black) with white text. I'm not so fond of the purple. Maybe something toned down a bit like maroon, blue (not too bright), green (same). I especially think the top nav bar should be black with white text.
You already said you'll be adding more. I assume that means more flavors (I'm not drawn to any that you have) and different strengths (36 is too much for me).
Anyway, looks like a good start. You've got the hard parts out of the way. Some visual tweaks and a bigger selection and you're set IMO.

All great feedback! There is no greater source of webstore feedback than all of you. Thanks again for taking the time. I'm really looking forward to mailing out the first giveaway. The feedback has been so good I may lower the reply count to close this thread, randomly choose the winner and start another contest!

Here is my commentary, brutal and honest.

First thing I noticed is the girl at the top (obviously a stock image) is holding an e-cigarette, that would be a PLUS.

The fact all of the images are stock shouldn't matter. The logo looks great. The font selections are awesome throughout the site. It looks very nice.

The starter kits are well priced, from the looks of them. I would think they are nJOY type units which are acceptable. I would certainly recommend your site to anybody I know by the looks of those starter kits.

The fact you only offer 36 mg may be a negative to some, although once again, the pricing is reasonable and you can add other strengths as you go.

The Ego-T's at $42.50 shipped for the kit might be the best deal around. Nice job offering at or near cost for a start up company.

Overall from a scale from 1-5, I'd give your site a 4.

Nice job on getting the site together for launch at this date.

I like how the site is set up. I have no problem with the black background next to the white background. I think everything is clear and easy to find. I will keep checking it out and see if I can find anything that I don't like (other than selection) and post it in a couple hours. You have obviously taken the time to do a quality site.

I think overall your site looks good. Adding more selections/options/etc is the best suggestion I have, but that all comes with time when starting a new business. I have a friend I'm just getting interested in the Ego-T's and I will be sending her to your site for her first Ego-T kit, since with your discount, that is an awesome price! :)

I have delved further into the site. I read the FAQ and browsed the "About the E-cig" section. Good information in a good layout. I really have not found much to complain about. The "follow us" icons on the bottom of each page go nowhere. You might want to put a enter only if you are 18 page when someone goes to your site, but personally, I think those are dumb. What 17 year old is going leave because of a page like that.

Everything looks good.

I would not put a javascript main feature on the first page. Anyone browsing with a noscript add in immediately has to either allow the site or sees nothing but the side menus, and it appears more like an add than your main content. It should at least have an alternate display. It also has an odd gap even after you tun the javascript on, since it does not take as much room as your left menu.

The category product listings are crowded. The thumbnails being on a separate row would separate them better, and some of the info can be on the individual product page instead (SKU, for example, really isn't part of a summary to get someone to look at the item, and the add item section is rather wide for a table like that with the arrows, some of the descriptions are long for that sort of list). I think the price is normally on the right, next to the add item section in web stores... it's odd to look for it in the middle.

Featured products should be at the top. It's not much of a 'feature' if you've already seen all the products by the time you see that section. Perhaps that could also be on the main page to fill in the gap under your other content.

The twitter, facebook and youtube links are not very obvious with that sort of picture, and I'd expect to find those and some of the other info in one of your top menu links... (free shipping perhaps could be more an about us & policies? Or maybe you could put those links in with contact us?).

Overall, it's quite usable and clean and has no major problems. I would stay away from so much javascript where it is unnecessary - your cart already appears to not need it, and that is where it may have been more useful. It is not needed for an FAQ or to shrink your front page into what looks like an ad. I would normally browse a site like that with it turned off, as it seems to not be completely necessary to make a security exception, and then it doesn't look as you would like it to for your customers. When it adds significant function, then it's great, but it's not something I'd rely on for basic content display.

I had another look, and the white background of the content areas doesn't seem too bad. I think the font needs to be a bit darker though. Especially on the top nav bar. Actually, I do still really think that the top nav bar at least would look better being black with white text. Also, if you do keep the white backgrounds, to me, the purple sort of clashes with the white. I think if it was toned down it would look better... maybe a darker purple, sort of like the purple in the logo at the top left of the head, between the M and the A in MAJOR, or right at the center of the A in MAJOR (hope that makes sense).
