Got me thinking with all the new flavors coming out at TV this might be a good time to do a "new flavor" co-op. between Vanilla Cupcake, Pumpkin Spice, Strawberry Colada, Boysenberry and Jolly Rancher possibilities

You guys never rest do you? This sounds great, can't wait to try some Sour Apple on my next order.
We've been forcing ourselves to take a day off....but it's hard not to get looped back in. Seriously, if you lot knew how dedicated to this business/cause our 7 employees were...
You see, if it were just a job, it would be easy enough to just do 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and ignore it the rest of the time, but because there are about 5 of us who use the product, are aware of the "alternative", we're pretty passionate about what we're doing and why we're doing it.
Just sad you guys only really see the end product.
But yes, we've been forcing ourselves to take at least one day off.
As for the new flavors, we didn't want to spill the beans yet. R&D baby, we do a preliminary mix, do it until it smells right, then let it age at least two weeks, try the product and figure out if it's a draft that needs to be fine tuned, or if it's fine like it is, then up on the site it goes.
So, we have four new flavors, the one you already know about (strawberry colada), I will tell you that one of the new flavors will be another customizable flavor where you can pick two additional flavorings.
I WILL spill the beans on one of them. We're concerned about the AC. Loranns HAS gone downhill with their cinnamon essential oil and we are currently testing a "like" cinnamon through Perfumer's Apprentice. We're testing it for flavor, separation, comparable qualities, etc.
We've had to send a few gallons back to Lorann's over their inconsistencies with flavorings. You'd think a company that's been around as long as they have would have things down to a science, BUT, we've had gallons of cinnamon come to us, sometimes weak, sometimes with things floating in it...We've had one gallon of butter rum coming to us light brown in color then the next outright brown. For an older company like Lorann's, their inconsistencies are possibly costing us customers, because the customer wants to think and believe the the problem is US no matter how much convincing we try to do. We're beginning to see similar behavior with Capella's as well. Not good, but we'll keep an eye on them, so you don't have to.
The ONE company that has been consistent has been Perfumer's Apprentice.
But anyway, blah blah blah.
We gots some new flavors coming you way! Hope you enjoy.
Yeah, MWA, they didn't bother with excuses, they just said that I could ship it back and they'd ship me a new bottle and tell them the lot number on the bottle so they can check their stocks.
The new AC isn't a new AC at all unless it gets not only a blessing from our staff, but the approval of the ECF community which buys this stuff by the gallons.
I've been vaping the new stuff and it just DOESN'T pack the punch the other AC does, so I don't think this will be a comparable flavoring.
This is sad, because some of the issues we've had with Lorann's cinnamon, I'd really like to stop using their cinnamon. This stuff costs a LOT, so I'm not pleased when three different times, they've sent us bottles of cinnamon with this swarm of stuff floating inside of the bottle. That isn't cool, and not representative of what we intend to offer our customers. I'm sure you can understand this.
We may have to stop using (vendor). (vendor) seems to be cutting some corners as the flavorings (company) been sending us have been VERY weak lately. For someone doing as well as they are, I don't know why they'd watering down their flavorings.
Back on topic, I've got a test bottle of Granny Smith, 24mg, 40% VG w/sweetener and sour booster aging on the R&D shelf. I'll be able to test for myself if this is going to have any kind of throat irritation that we should be concerned about AND if it is effective in giving the sour effect we are hoping for.
For those who don't want to wait for my results, you can STILL ask us to "make it sour" in your shipping notes.
Ewwww. Just ewwww.I'm not pleased when three different times, they've sent us bottles of cinnamon with this swarm of stuff floating inside of the bottle.
