Making a VV box mod, help

Well for my next battery I want to make my own VV mod. I am looking at buying the LM2596, a switch, box, batteries and a 510 connector. I figured I would go simple since I only know very basic electronics yet want to make something nice, maybe even with a display.

My question would be first, how do you change the voltage on the LM2596? Also open to other suggestions for my parts list.

See the digital display, then next to it there is a component that says 330, next to that is a potentiometer (blue in color). Note the small screw on the left corner of the potentiometer...that is where you adjust the voltage...

You will also need 2 batteries in order for the VV to be any good. LM2596 is a buck down so if you start with 3.7v you will only be able to go down. Also these boards aren't the most efficient so you need to 2 more volts than what you want to be the max voltage.

What red and black electrical wire should I buy? I noticed madvapes doesn't sell just electrical wire.

Ya might read this thread......search ECF for LM2596, there is tons of info out there........wire can be purchased at Radio shack, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.... minimum size no smaller than 22 guage for what you are building....
