Making big batches

Hey guys,

Tonight I will be attempting to make big batches of juice recipes that I have perfected. Until now I have just been making a bunch of 30 mls at a time but I figure making a big batch will be easier. I am trying to make about 450 mls per batch. I know that I have to punch everything into my calculator the same way but change the amount. Are there any precautions I should take before doing a big batch? Is there anything different I should be doing or should I just use the same ratios? I just don't want to ruin a batch so I am just making sure.

I've not made that much but have made up to 120ml at a time. Some have said that it does not come out the same as if made in smaller batches but I found no difference when I've done 120ml batches. So all I can really say is measure carefully.
