making flavor extracts

Unless you have distilling equipment making your own fruit extracts is not possible. Ive tried every way I can think of. Theres plenty of threads if you so a search for them. Tobaccos, herbs, and other non sugar or oil laden things can be extracted without (or even with) distilling.

Fruits have too many sugars and nuts have too much oil. Unless someone has a novel or new idea to do it without distilling, Id love to hear it. All my research suggests distilling gear is necessary.

Nice thread but it really never did give a definitive procedure for coffee extraction it's kinda all over the place. Any tips you can provide? I would love to try this. It seems almost like tobacco extraction which I've had mixed results with. What tobacco I did extract was good but were atty killers.
