Making Juice Question

Hi all..I am planning on purchasing 100mg/ml 50/50 liquid nicotine and using VG and PG to get to a 18% nic level using ejuice Calculator by breakthrough.com. Saw a youtube by Shootbang and seems very straight forward to make juice. Am I on the right track here? Please feel free to set me on the right course if I am off.
Another question is I have seen recipes that talk about x number of drops of nicotine, but how do you know what dropper they are using? Did I misunderstand what they were talking about? I would think you should use a calibrated syringe?

Nic is a poison. It is absorbed through the skin. Please be careful.

I never liked drops, like you said they will be different depending on a lot of things. Get a couple of 1 ml syringes and use them. You can easily and accurately get .1 ml measurements. Recipes in the DIY forum list ingredients by percent and the calculator will tell you how much to use.
