I've been thinking about making my own liquid,i however don't have a clue about how to go about doing so.I would greatly appreciate it if some of the members could share some info about this & what are some good sites to buy ingredients from.

I just started DIYing myself and getting that good flavor after mixing it yourself is an awesome feeling
The easiest way to DIY for me, has been to buy nic at RTD, and super concentrated flavors from vaping zone. I buy 100mg nic, so for example, if you use 25mg/ml juice; you just need to put 1/4 of nic and the rest is pg or vg... then fill up a 10ml bottle of your unflavored base and add 12 drops of flavor.
I can make a batch of 250ml unflavored base and make my juice as I need it, directly in my Reo´s bottle.

Price point on the 60 mg/ml nic base is normally better (convert to mg/$), and for a brand new person I'd tend towards 36 mg/ml or at most 60 mg/ml nic base, simpler to deal with, particularly when first starting, doing small test batches. With 36 mg/ml I can mix up to 29 mg/ml eliquid at 20% total flavoring.
Adding just 12 drops of flavoring to 10 ml is about 5%, fine for some things, not so much for others.

60mg/ml and above gets dangerous ....... nicotine can will absorbed through the skin (fingers). Be careful.

Honestly, nicotine is the key for actual TH. You can try going to high flavor menthol, or higher PG, but nicotine is the main contributor. Some people have used various pepper-based additives, but I wouldn't use them.

12 drops to 10 ml is 2.5% in case of the vaping zone super concentrated flavors that I was talking about.
I understand the goal of minimizing risks, but 10% nic is not that dangerous if you use your PSE and do it carefully. We have acids and way more dangerous stuff in the garage or kitchens.
I used vodka and really did not notice increased TH. Also used pepper, it worked somewhat... There is a liquid that supposedly mimics TH for sale, but I haven't tried it.
If you use an RBA with a side air hole, you can play with the position of it, as it moves you can increase vapor or TH. If the hole is in front of the wick, you get more vapor but less TH.
In the new member area I'm absolutely about keeping things simple, minimizing opportunities for error. 100 needs to be treated with respect.

Tryed vodka got no real extra hit but made the liquids very thin causing cartos to flood quite easily.

Add a few drops (6 drops each for 10ml juice in the example). I put two flavors only, example: one menthol (if you like it) and one apple.
Then you are pretty much done!
All can be found at stores like wl, mfs and rts etc. Now most likely you can buy everything in one store!
