Making tasting atomizer?

I wonder, can I make an atomizer for tasting new liquids out of an old (and cleaned out) carto? As in, rip out the filler and the little tube and just put a few drops of liquid on what's left of it?

I've just started vaping, so I don't have too much extra supplies, so I'd rather spend my money on the kit/lots of flavor liquids rather than a nice drip atomizer Yep, I'm cheap

Kits is not the cheap way, but parts.

By kit I meant my first setup kit -- 2 batteries, tanks, charger, etc What I currently have is just a cheapo refillable KR8 style e-cig that I bought before I found ECF. I figure dissecting it for juice testing would be appropriate

The answer is yes & no depending on the carto. You can soak it in alcohol. wash it out & let it dry. That should get it clean enough to taste a new juice.
