OK after you make your e-liquit do you have to let it sit or as I heard stepping any help here

You can steep it in a hot bowl of water. Nearly all juices are better after steeping. Steeping speeds up the process as opposed to letting it sit...

Some juices need steeping more than others. Tobaccos generally NEED to sit 1 week+ to shine (I've read of 4 week steeps for some recipes). Some will be fine right after mix. I don't mix tobaccos and tend to let them sit for 3-5 days to start vaping.
You probably want to move over to the DIY sub-topics......there is an entire library worth of info there, and truly knowledgeable people. I think now that you have more than 5 posts you are free to move around the forum
I just mix and vape personally. Just mixed up a batch of peach with a drop or two of menthol actually. Tasty! I"m not a very patient person tho... 
It'll reduce the viscosity of the liquid, which helps blend the flavouring more thoroughly. Hot water from tap into a large bowl/pot, put bottles in (make sure they're sealed properly), shake bottles every 30-60 minutes until the water is room temp. It's not perfect but it works in a pinch, especially with high VG juices.
Patience grasshopper. I made a batch of Bavarian Cream Donut from the Ejuice Me Up calculator, and I thought it was kinda meh after mixing. Been sitting for two weeks, and wow. Today it is very smooth, lightly sweet and super creamy. Had the same thing happen with Key Lime Pie. Very very nice. I'm learning to mix my DIY's while I have a lot of juice to vape. That way they're ready when I am. Some of the recipes in Ejuice me up are pretty damn good. I wish more people with tasty mixes would upload theirs to the breaktru website.
