Ibe been sucking on my brand new 24mg Dekang USA mix all day almost non stop! (revenge for my previous cravings and nicotine withdrawal symptoms hehe).

Now im starting to feel a little light headed, plus i notice my heart rate is higher.
I dont have a headache or anything unpleasant (yet), but i guess i need to either
A) Slow the hell down
or
B) Lower the nic to 18mg

mmmhhhhh, maybe ill just get myself some 18mg juice and continue to vape as much as i want! :vapor:

Have any of you guys ever felt like you been vaping too much?

yes I have. I have only had the light headed symptom(from over vaping), but the only time it got really bad was when my carto lid came loose in my pocket, and seeped through my pant leg, didn't notice until I got home, and by then I was pretty dizzy. After that I decided I had to more aware about the ecigs/cartos I take with me outside the house.

When I got my first "real" juice I did make myself a bit ill, vaped too much without drinking enough water (I now drink about 3l a day up from about ...0l lol) I got a headache, felt ill and had to lie down! Stopped doing that pretty damn fast and dropped my nic down to 24mg and now a month later I am at 18mgish.

I also had to drop my nic level down from 24 to 18. I actually only use 8-12 in the evenings when I am hitting the pv pretty hard. I am so glad to see that you got your juice!! If you can find some usp glycerin, you can cut it down a bit. When I started, I bought a bunch of 24, so I just bought some of the same juice in a much lower dose and mix it in an empty bottle with the 24. I like it because I can try different levels without having to buy so much. You;ll find your best level. Keep some 24 for awhile in case of severe nicotine withdrawal emergency. Happy vapes to you. :vapor:

lol yeah, just keep a heads up when you put your ecig/cartos in your pocket.

On another topic I saw that mscowgirlup switched from 24mg to 0mg of nicotine, did you notice any change in flavor when you switched? I am sure you noticed a bit of nicotine withdraw, but I was more wondering about the potency change of flavors.

I only ask because I recently ordered a bunch of 24mg juice from madvapes(has not arrived yet), and after I watched a couple of reviews indicating that the flavors might be a little more dull with the higher nic levels. I have been vaping this not so nice 18 mg juice, ordered from dealextreme(from when I first started), but I have been hoping to try some really flavorful juice.

Also, is there noticeable drop in throat hit?

I started with 24. In a couple weeks, it had me bouncing off walls. Dropped to 12. That had me vaping like a madman. Upped it to 18 and in a couple weeks that had me bouncing off walls. Dropped to 12 again and that's where I stayed. I carried some 24 for serious crave times for a while. I rarely use that now. I'll use just a few drops, if I'm seriously stressed but, that's about it. In other words, finding my right nic level was an ordeal. You could still need to adjust it.

I have to thank the people on here that assured me this wasn't all that unusual when I was going through that. Without their assurance, I would have given up.

I guess I am hard core. I have used 24 for the last 6 months and I vape all the time. I guess maybe I should slow down how much I vape or drop the nic. level. I have tried 18 but it doesn't taste as good to me so I vape more. I will keep trying. I only vape tobacco flavors.

No whatever works for you. Nic levels are weird. Sometimes a camel non-filter smoker won't be able to tolerate more than 12 or lower but, an Ultra-light smoker needs 24. You just never know.

Once I got the right setup I had no choice..

Started at 24, dropped to 18, now at 12, and considering going lower.
