Is this with one particular juice, or have you been using more than one? Are they PG or VG based (or a comination)?

This could be a reaction to the PG, some folks are allergic - but the symptoms really don't indicate an allergic reaction.

I would try a different juice from a different vendor and see how that goes, however I do agree with most in this thread that it's just over-nic-syndrome.

Its a PG based juice. And its the same one that ive been vaping on. Guess I can try a different one to see if thats it.

I was 1.5 PAD Marlboro red 100s for many years
I dropped to ~ 4/day for a few days when I started vaping then down to 1 or 2 then quit completely
I was getting a boatload of CO when smoking then replaced it with O2
I needed to get used to way more oxygen and no other WTA than nicotine
Those things combined with trying to find my comfortable nic vaping level was confusing for a few days to a week

Keep asking questions when you have them and read the newbie section at ECF's Infozone

Hang in there, it's worth it

I doubt its that serious. Im young, healthy and havent had these problems before, only when I first started vaping and it doesnt happen every day.

Those are serious symptoms, I would not just shrug my shoulder at it. The guy I was talking about was built like an ox, never smoked and at the young age of 36. I would have absolutely showed this to him so he could elaborate, but he is no longer with us. He had the same view as you, young and healthy must have eaten something or coming down with something. We all suggested he go to dr too.
I'm not trying to scare anyone, just lookin out. Inevitably this is your life and your call. I hope it is the nic or your just dehydrated or something...

I am sure that I won't be the only one saying it , but drink more water and vape a bit less :)

I have done my research before I started vaping :) One thing I made sure of is drinking more water. I have done this as before I stopped, I rarely drank water. How much should I be drinking? So far today, I have had about 2 or 3 12 oz cups of water. I had 1 soda at lunch. I have also not vaped as much today to see if its actually the nic/pg doing it to me or if its actually symptoms of quitting smoking.

Hmm, I smoked for 20 years, the last 7 of those I also dipped skoal all day while smoking (Marlboro light). End of December 2012 I got a PV with 12mg nic juice and I never touched another analog again. Still on 12mg and have no withdrawals or anything, very happy where I am at. Will be 5 months analog free at the end of the month!

Its a mild dose of over nic try moving around a little when your hitting it hard and you will recognize it happening sooner. I drive for a living and do it on occasion. Just puffing away for three or four hours going down the road and feeling fine then I will stop and take a break and will feel that way once I start moving and get the blood flowing again.
