Sorry for the poor man and his family. But that is really a misleading headline. After reading the article, it seems the battery charger exploded and caused a fire which ignited oxygen tanks in use.

So in theory, another device could have been charging on the charger when it malfunctioned and started a fire, which was intensified by the oxygen in use. How very like the press to blame e-cigarettes once again, not the charger, which was not intended to be used on the e-cigarette in the first place.
