Notice they use the term alledgedly, in the end it'll turn out it was an FDA employee taking part in a study to show how easy it would be for children to knock over the store and start vaping, which would lead to smoking real cigs. I can see the headlines now, " E cigs a gateway to chidrens life of violent crime and cigarette use".
