I was vaping with my 901 manual battery and the led starting blinking, so I figured it needed recharging. But it hasn't stopped blinking in 24hrs. Will not take a charge, and I can not vape with it. Is it dead? I thought the manual batteries are sealed so what would make it stick on like that and can I stop it? Should I just toss it or save to use as parts?

Most are sealed at the center post on the battery. It should be either a solid piece or the hole is filled. If not, it likely is retrofitted and not sealed. However, it is possible even with 'sealed' manual for juice to get in through the switch if you got carried away with dripping or overfilling the cart and got juice going down the outside of the battery casing. I've done this on occasion but have been luck enough not to get any in the switch.

IF it's still blinking then it's not 'dead dead' ;-) and you might be able to dry it out but the first thing and this may or may not work is blow from the LED end - sometimes there's a channel and you may blow some juice out of the switch or take a hair drier - not on 'hot' and blow dry by the button and at the battery threaded end. There are other tricks but try that first.

Then, look at this thread....

....but you decide :) This would be an 'extreme measure' not intended as 'regular maintenance'.
