Manual Battery?

Hi Everyone, so I just ordered an e-cig that has a manual battery. Right now I vape with an automatic. I also noticed there is something called a "pass through" - I am assuming this is the charger?

I am incredibly excited to get my new e-cig, but could use a heads up on how to use a manual with a pass through, since I'm only used to automatics.

No, it's not a charger

Passthrough is a device that allows to use external power source (usually USB-port) for your e-cig. See this video:

actually I don't think it has a pass through, I believe I was wrong...

how does the manual compare to the automatic?

The manuals have a little button you push to activate the battery (instead of activating when you draw on it)
I think you'll like the manual and get use to it quickly. Most of us do

Manual batteries are nicer since you can preheat the atty right before you take a draw. Unlike an auto that lags, you inhale no vapor for the first second until the atty/carto heats up. I guess it's kinda like the difference between a manual or auto tranny in a car. The auto will leave you wanting more and with the manual, you have more control and it's a better experience in general.
