Manual Button Stuck on off

So my manual pass through is stuck in the off position. Any way to fix that?

I don't understand what you mean. Manual USB pass thru is stuck with the button *NOT* pressed down? I am trying to follow what you are saying...

Right, the button is stuck up. I can't press the button down.

I would say try C.S. first, but if there is nothing they can do then try smacking it on something. That is of course if it is of no use to you, which it sounds like it is. Or take a pin and try getting between the housing and the button and apply pressure around the edges of the button.

Is it a black button manual PT? I've heard others say the button gets stuck and rotates under the surface so it's flush....so I can see how the opposite could happen. The bad news is you are past the warranty, but Steve and co. do go beyond....so try contacting CS by opening a support ticket at support.vapor4life.com

The reason they may help is because I know they were dissapointed in the black button batteries and no longer carry them. Liquidating the final stock.

So, I tried whacking it against the table a bit, that didn't work. Then I noticed that the end with the threads had risen slightly from the metal tube. So thought maybe it was something to do with that being out of alignment with the button inside. So I was going to just slightly raise it a bit more to see if the button would press, but instead the whole thing comes apart. Now I have the button insides in one hand, and can easily press it, but the wires are no longer attached...If I had any soldering skills I'd be able to fix it.
