Manual or auto?

SO with my first order I got the Ultimate Ultimatum kits. I got 2 auto and a xl auto. I also got a manual PT. After 2 weeks of vaping and now waiting for my 4th order to arrive I have realized that I like manual batts more than auto's due to the performance of the manual PT. I have also noticed that I empty carto's way faster on the manual PT. I was wondering who likes manual and who likes auto's. And for the manual lovers out there do you notice that carto's empty faster on a manual than a auto?

At first I though the premiums just emptied faster than regulars. But then I noticed that full regulars on my manual PT were emptying alot faster than normal. Could it be that manuals atomize more juice than auto's?

It sounds like you're trying to compare PTs to batteries. Please don't make that mistake - they're different animals, be they auto or manual. You're talking 3.7v at 380mAh (best case) and 5v @ 1000mAh (worst case) That's a major difference.

It's the equivalent of comparing 30 watt light bulb's output to at least that of a 100 watt light bulb, literally.

True I understand that. I have not received my manual batt yet because it is in my next order. But to me it seems like manuals you dont have to suck so hard, you can control the vapor more with a manual and the strength as well.
I was asking for any input that manual batt users have about their manual batts.

yah,
what the he said .....

(for real though, not being sarcastic in any way....... trust me, he knows what he is speaking of)

but, as agreed.... the PT is what is burning up your cartos faster...

also, though.... i prefer the man's all the way!

the auto's are too much hassle,
while the man's IMO provide a better hit, and by far.... more control...
not to mention, they are sealed.

exactly why i prefer them (manuals)....

rather than give yourself a headache while trying to primer puff, or hold just the right draw for a good hit (being fast, slow, or a combo of the 2):-x....

...you can do it with a button, rather than your lungs or mouth.:)

If your he is me the he is she not he, thank-ee. ;)

INTERESTING!!!!!!

for real,
I hadnt come across any posts myself which identified you as male or female, and for some reason assumed myself that you were male.......

...having a psychology (BA) degree, I find my uninformed judgment quite biased (as would most i presume), though I cannot identify all characteristics that led me to that assumption at this point in time.

Either way,
now I know..........
and, I stand (or type) corrected!

I prefer manuals to the autos. I feel like the current autos give me a headache because of all the sucking you have to do to get a decent vape. The manuals always seem to give more vapor. PTs will burn out any cart faster than a battery, one reason I have barley used my new pt. If you want something similar to the pt, go for the XL manual batts.

I am finding that I like both. I used to use manual batteries exclusively, but have recently got my hands on a couple of auto batteries, and have been enjoying them. I'm popping the white cap off of my cartos and putting on an empty 901 cart. It really helps to make for an easier draw on the auto batteries.

I would have to agree with the majority that manuals are the way to go most of the time. Manuals allow for preheating so the vapor volume is more consistant instead of needing the starter puff on the auto. Looks like the manuals last longer between charges, at least in my experience. The auto does have its place though. When driving, particularly a motorcycle:cool:, the auto seems much safer to me. While working on anything that requires both hands makes the auto more convenient. If you drip juice instead of pre filled carts, then it's back to manuals. Fluid in the connector end of an auto is a quick battery killer. So, as I said before, they each have their place. Your daily activities and vaping style will dictate which is preferable. Enjoy!

I started with autos. Always had to pre-drag to get it going. Now I use mostly manuals but I'll use the autos to mix it up a bit. When I first started using the manuals, I'd always forget to press the button. Now it's second nature and I'm looking for the button on my autos.

HeHe....I was vaping the other day and thought my batt. had died on me so I get ready to take the carto off of it and notice that I was vaping a manual and didn't push the button.

I just converted to the manuals and like them more than I thought. Autos can be a little fussy and inconsistent; I started with two autos from the ultimate kit as well, one won't activate anymore (hopefully they are replacing it in my most recent order per my request in the comment section), but the other one still works just fine. A lot of it depends on your vaping style and personal preferences. If you want to vape with your hands full (ie playing a video game, some of you get your minds out of the gutter), then a good functioning auto can't be beat. If you want to be able to prime the coil and take a quick full hit, then manuals perform much better and more consistently based on my limited experience. As previously posted and I know you got the message, the PT's will vape at a higher temp due to the 5V and as a result will go through carts faster. A lot of people prefer 5 to 6 V (mods, etc) and swear by it, but I like the vape just fine at 3.7 V. If you do go manual, get the XL's; keyzygirl sold me on them a few weeks ago, and now that is pretty much all I use.
