Manual PT disappointment...

I purchased a manual USB passthrough about a week or so ago, and for the first couple of days, it worked just fine. However, now when I try to use it, I have to press VERY hard on the button to get it to work; then again, it sometimes works with a very light press of the button with no fuss whatsoever.
Earlier today, I had to press so hard it was leaving indentations on my fingers and thumbs.

Any ideas as to what's causing this?

Do you feel the button 'click' when you press on it slightly?

Is it getting enough power from the computer? Can you try using it on two different computers and see if it's having the same problem?

The button clicks pretty easily, it's just that it doesn't seem to be making a full connection all the time. I wired this computer myself, so I know it's getting a full 5v on each port.

Sounds like a switch issue, so, make a note in comments section on next order, request color, and it will be replace

We sure do try to get the Manuf. to get each one perfect, just not possible though. Thank God we are running 98% on these new version
