Many thanks to all on the forum. This is a great site to get info on e-cigs, vendors worldwide, and juices.

A big thank you to Mistress of Design for her great list of Lorann's flavourings! Got myself some VG (mixed it 70%VG-30% distilled water so I can vape it) and found some of the flavourings. Picked up Creme de Menthe, Butter Rum, and, mistakenly, Wintergreen, which I understand is not recommended for vaping.

Anyhow, with the knowledge from this site, I think I`m on my way to DIY, even if it`s 0-nic juice so far. I was actually able to revive a disposable by adding some creme de menthe flavoured juice to it! This old girl can learn new tricks!

Now for some questions. I have an e-Health cig-a-like, with cartridges. My very first cig-a-like was a Dune. Battery won`t charge, but this thing came with cartomizers that fit the e-Health. So I`ve gone ahead and , with an eyedropper, siphoned as much juice out of the cartridges (I believe the juice in them, which is supposed to be high-nic, is PG), and mixed it half-and-half with some non-flavoured VG. Have I got this right?

Still fighting with the stinkies, but I believe I can get the hang of this. I hope.

Basically, by mixing the juice 50/50 with your PG you've cut the nic in 1/2 and the flavor in 1/2.

That's not necessarily a bad thing. I take it you're simply trying to extend the cartomizer use, so that's OK. Don't blame ya a bit!

It is easier to do the following though:

1) using an internet safe card (like a prepaid debit card, or something your bank recommends for funding internet purchases) order some juice! The "high" nic in those cartridges is probaly 18 mg (if they were even fresh enough to tell)...so that will give you an idea of how "strong" it was when you vaped it.
2) Order a syringe too, when you order the juice. See vendor list on 1st page.
3) Add new juice to old carto until the coil dies. Wiping off the threads to make sure they are clean.

Thanks for the link, Caridwen! I will have to try that with my next attempt.

Thanks, AttyPops, for your words of wisdom. I'm going to have a look at the bank I deal with and see if such a card is offered. It would making shopping online a whole lot easier. I'm hoping to upgrade from the little system I have, so when I get my new kit, I'll make sure to stock up on juices.
