ordered 9th and payment excepted 12th, does anyone know how bad the backlog is? i am a newbie and this is my first day. i got setup with canvape yesterday (great guys and great products). i only have ry4 and i am starting to get use to it(had to cut a small amount of it with vg from drug store helped) but do not really like the flavour. not sure i can only survive on one flavour. has anyone received a shipment lately and if so when was it ordered. ECF has been a great help. have not had a analog since 5 pm yesterday.

MLV is extremely swamped with orders. I placed mine Dec 28/11 and payment confirmed a few days after that. Have heard nothing yet and even email Ian and no response. I'm not upset at all because I know he is insanely busy. Just hoping and waiting....maybe next week???***fingers crossed***

I hope MLV is coming out of their hiatus. My order switched form pending to processing a few days ago. Getting low on juice and will have to make an other order from some where else if I don't get it this week

That and I'm pretty excited to get my after eight

I'd suggest If you are low order from somewhere else just to be sure. Like I said mine has been processing for quite some time. Ordered Dec29,payday figuring I'd receive it before next pay day, well that has already passed and this Thursday will be 3 weeks with no shipping in site.
MLV is majorly bogged down and I'm sure he is slowly catching up.

This is just my opinion of course, but it might have been prudent if MLV would have shut down his site until the backlog is caught up and he is able to fulfill the orders. It would have avoided all of this disappointment.

Do not mean to ruffle any feathers, but I have a website and if I fall behind, I shut it down until things have reached sane proportions. Just sayin'

From all buyers of MLV juice, it is high quality stuff.

I hate to be the one to say it (and don't hate me), but from a guy who thinks MLV liquid is decent and a yound guy with extensive business commitments and a young family.....no excuse!!

Having said that, the ECF members many of whom would like to consider suppliers their friends, have been more accommodating and understanding than myself; congrats.

We all have babies and families and work/business commitments.

While I greatly enjoy cottage businesses and burgeoning industries, I have never experienced this with any of my other vendors to date.

In concurrence with the previous poster and similar to other vendors who understand the meaning of commitment, if you can't handle the business, don't take our money :(

Aha! But, nobody took your money. You willingly gave it, knowing they were soon to have a baby and things could get backed up. I think that life moments like having a baby are more important. If he had closed up shop for this long would you be happy either? Probably not. I believe it was a good idea to leave ordering open, at least then it gives people a choice of whether they'd like to wait or not order at all vs not being able to order.

Some things are just more important in life, IMO.

I know people are going to start flaming, but I have to totally agree. I can understand a week, but heck nearly 3 weeks, and no replies to an email. I understand Xmas, new years baby etc....still when you order from other suppliers it's out the next day or even the day after, and yes other sites make fresh as well.
I am being patient but when you do a transaction through the bank and 3 days later it's been accepted you'd figure the order to be close to shipping. 10 days later still nothing, just processing.
