Hey all...I'm such a random poster but I had to say something about Ian, he doesn't have an official spot in the forums yet. I ordered 2 Wurthers (still love, my last problem was due to atty issues), and 1 Creamy Caramelbacco, plus 3 samples (Grape,Caramel Banana, Apples and Cinnamon; haven't tried those yet). What I got was one mislabelled Caramelbacco, a Caramelbacco, and my three samples.
I emailed him that evening and got an almost instantaneous response addressing my problem saying he would send me out what I was missing. Since I didn't respond, he followed up with an email asking me what I was missing and he would send it out. Which I did, he provided a tracking number, which means he sent it out expedited for free, something he didn't HAVE to do. That was awesome.
Mistakes happen in a home based business, and Ian was great at handling it. Kudos to him. Plus the Creamy Caramelbacco has been what I've been missing since other places have been shut down. But I still love my Wurthers!
