MapleLeafVapes - Flavour Shot

Hey,

I've been eyeballing MLV's juices for a while now and I really want to try a few flavours. I have two questions.

Is the extra flavour shot necessary? No other supplier I have ordered from has this option and to me it implies the original may not be flavourful enough. That just seems odd to have that option.

Also, if you're a regular MLV vaper, what's your favourite top three?

Taste is subjective ... some like it more subtle, some like it to smack you in the face. I haven't tried a lot of MLV stuff, but of what I have tried I like...

After Eight ... this is a great deal at $9.99 for 30ml in the blowout section. Note: As a dark juice, its a little hard on cartos.
Strawberry kiwi ... I really like this one ... I get it with flavor shot.
Lemon Lime Spritz ... great summertime vape ... again with flavor shot.

I haven't tried, and I'm just guessing here, but you could probably get like 36mg or 24mg with a double shot and dilute with a lower/no nic base to get more juice at a lower nic without drowning out the flavour.

Sithgar is my ADV and I don't get it with the extra flavour shot. It has good flavour as it is but I like the option to add a flavour shot if I come across something that might need it.

So far the other flavours I've tried:
Maynards fuzzy peach (great! - in the blowout section)
After eight (not my thing)
Virginia tobacco (yuck - blowout section)
Timz french vanilla (good)
Carmel cappuccino (good)

For my taste I don't think any of the juice I've tried needed extra flavour.

Applewood Tobacco - slightly sweet - more apple than Tobacco - very good all araound. 8/10

After Eight - Dark & Sweet - tastes very close to the real thing 9/10

Maynards Fuzzy Peach Candy - spot on! Just like the candy - Excellent deal 9/10

Juicy Fruit - Spot on - just like the gum! 9/10

Maplebacco - strong maple syrup taste & nutty - My least favourite. 5/10

Wurthers - very much like the candy - this is good! 9/10

Spearmint Gum - Again another gum flavour done well! 9/10

Raspberrywood Tobacco - slightly perfumey at first - later I didn't mind it 6/10

Peachwood Tobacco - tastes mostly peach - my favourite from MLV 8/10


All were consumed with the extra shot of goodness.

You could also order full PG 24mg double shot anything and double it with same amount og VG and end up with a single shot,50% PG/VG double amount in 12mg

I've tried a lot of their juice and honestly, the only one I liked is Maynard's Fuzzy Peach. The rest I have tried have a distinctly chemical taste about them.

That's exactly what is wrong with Virginia tobacco I bought. Its a chemical/turpentine/tobacco flavour. 8-o

My first order was all double shot (Mojojo, Double Chocolate & Maplebaco) I love the mojojo mind you I love banana flavour and if I can't taste the chocolate enough in it I just add some of the double chocolate to it

the maplebaco.. it's not my vape at all, I don't like the taste of cigar so that one well went to waste.

I aslo tried their Moosejuice.. I found that one was a little heavy on the almond taste

I am now waiting for 3 more from them at regular no extra shots added. (Caramel cheesecake, Pecan cheesecake and banana caramel)

I've tried a few of their juices. Most of them are good, but taste is such a subjective thing

Blueberry Muffin - I really didn't like this juice. It had a very strange taste I can't put my finger on, but made my tongue feel numb. Others I know absolutely love this juice.

Maplebacco - I really like this juice, but I really like maple. It's fairly sweet, and more maple than tobacco. Not a great all-day vape for me, but great once in a while. It's very dark, and can be rough on cartos.

Vanilla cupcake - If you like sweet juices this is the ticket.. it's like vaping pure sugar with a hint of vanilla.

Brownie Batter - Good chocolate vape, and extremely sweet. spot on for flavour

Strawberry Kiwi - tastes like strawberry kiwi snapple if you've ever had it.

I'd like to try a few regular tobaccos from them, but these are really hard to nail. I like hay/nutty tobacco flavours without that sweet taste you get in a lot of the fake tobaccos. I'm afraid to try these out as I don't want to waste my money if it's off.

None of the ones I tried had double flavour shots, and honestly to me didn't need them.

I only tried one, got from a vape meet, caramelbacco. it tasted skunky to me. I gave the bottle away

i just ordered from them for the first time does the juice need good steep time? i got waffles and it tases like the smell of a bunch of old rotting vegetables in the back of the fridge. the arghhhhh why 4 is ok except has a chemical tastes that goes with it

I've tried a lot of MLV juices and that's why I don't like them, I get the chemical taste on a lot of them. The only one I found that's true to the name and doesn't have a chem aftertaste was Maynards Fuzzy Peach.
