Don't put them in "Cold Storage" persay. Dark cupboard is good.

If said juice isn't good after a couple weeks to 1 month, might be something in the juice that you don't agree with?

What flavours are the "not so good" ones?

But does anyone know how long it's supposed to steep?

I just wanna know if I should put the 4 that taste perfumy in the cold storage for another month or 2 or send out an email to MLV. I'm a bit surprised on the taste cuz they sure smell great, & the other 2 I got at the same time have great taste.

If you have any empty smaller bottles, try putting some in it and let it sit with the top off in a dish of warm water for an hour or so. Then shake it up and try a drip to see if it alters for the better.

If you notice it has changed for the better yet still hints as perfumy, try another hour.

If it doesn't alter at all...... toss it back into the original bottle of juice and store it away.

Thanks Zer0ith. @ least I know I don't have to be concerned about them then. Back to storage they go, to be rediscovered at a later date :)

That's the best thing to do with fresh juice if it tastes odd is just let it sit for a while. Flavours develop over time and things happen with it while in storage.
Just try a little every now and again to see if it's hit the right age

My last order took 5 days for processing, and a week for Canada Post to ship out west ... but as a father of 3 I know how a new baby can monopolize your life so I will cut them some slack on that ... the only thing I would say is that other vendors offer XpressPost for about the same money MLV charges for regular parcel post.

I ordered in the begining of the year. They just had a baby etc and have been backlogged for a while. There is a good amount of slack to be given there. They are a respected candaian suplier. I can honestly say, I was not impressed with their service. I am not a picky customer. I respect all canadian suppliers (All of them are the equivilent of advertised drug dealers imo) I got my juice, it tasted great. My only complaint is that they didn't repond to emails and shipped parcel, not xpresspost as I expected. Overall, I would not order from them again. I would still buy their juice from a reseller.

I have ordered a few time from MLV and have been in the waiting game along with everyone else. One of my orders got mixed up and several items were missed. I emailed Ian and he quickly fixed the issue and offered a discount with the next order. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that with the new baby and the business growing faster than expected problems happen and with the manner in which they responded I will believe them when they tell me things will improve. If more of my orders are monkeyed up I will rethink getting my juice from them but for the time being I will hold the faith.

Yep, the delays are kinda upsetting. First it took MLV to ship the order ( when they closed the website ). So i figured out i would be smart and waited couple weeks after that to give them enough time to catch up. But i guess 20% off made them pretty busy again and its been a week since i ordered and my juice haven't been shipped yet. But being a new father myself i cant really blame them :)

MLV has/makes good juice, I have only ordered once from them back just one week prior to boxing day and I had issues with return emails and delayed product and emails stating the product was sent but was not...

Having a child is not an excuse for failed customer service IMHO... We are in March now!

How about we all give up on making excuses about having a child in the family...

This is not a direct comment about MLV as much about just failed customer service in general. I had a recent run in with a supplier who essentially just gave me the brush-off by stating that "we are busy." No attempt to rectify their mistake, or any other attempt to make up for not following up on their supposed "ideal" of customer service, even though I didn't receive what I paid for. I read a whole email about how they are so swamped, and how their lives are so miserable because it takes them so long to fill orders, yada yada... Well as much as I whole-heartedly support Canadian suppliers and vendors, sometimes it becomes necessary to just move on if one supplier is falling behind in the CS area. It's not cruel or malicious, it's just fact. Let your vaping dollars do the talking.

Vaporgeek has a selection from maple leaf vapes, and I have to say I haven't dealt with many companies but Lae has been a great help to me with many questions I have asked and I haven't had an issue with an order or anything. I even made a mistake ordering something and Lae emailed me to make sure I knew what I ordered and fixed it instantly. My order always arrives the 3rd business day, it has to go from BC to Newfoundland, so I think that's pretty good. Well good luck either way, nobody on here wants to see someone else stuck.
