This is the story of my first order from madvapes.com.

I ordered from madvapes on 2/24/2010. It was probably not the big order of the year or anything just around $90. I have to admit, I did order during the website overhaul and I was a little worried about the situation but I figured it would be ok.

I got the first 3 responses from the shopping cart system as I figure would happen. The first was the typical thanks for registering we’re glad your hear E mail, the second was to let me know that my order was received and another saying the order was in processing. All of these came very quickly on the 24th.

I patiently waited for the site to send me the only E mail that mattered to me…the one that said “Your Order Has Shipped”! I waited and waited. I waited the rest of the week. On the 26th I sent a quick note to the sales@madvapes.com e mail address asking if the order had been shipped. I got no response at all from that. I still don’t know what happened to that E mail.

I was away for the weekend and when I got home, I checked and still there was no shipping confirmation or E mail from them. I tried to log in to the site and check on the order but I was greeted with a note that said that they had not transferred customer details over to the site yet and I would have to re-register. I didn’t think that was going to be of much help so I didn’t re-register.

I was a little irritated by Monday morning so I called madvapes. The phone rang a few times and Mark picked up the phone. I told him who I was and what was going on and he said “Just a second and I’ll check on it for you”. He fired up his computer and checked on my order. He told me that my order had been shipped on the 24th and he had simply not clicked the appropriate box to send the shipping confirmation. He was very easy to talk to and very courteous and apologetic. He also seemed a little reluctant to tell me to go check my mailbox but the tracking was showing that the order was already here. Talking to Mark I found him to be a very personable guy and very professional in helping me get my issue resolved. When I went to the mailbox, sure enough my order was there and waiting.

I had ordered 2 of their 901 kits and was anxious to try them out as my DSE905 (bought elsewhere) was malfunctioning. I never realized how badly it was malfunctioning till I tried these kits. They are awesome in comparison. I was thinking it was my atomizer that was the problem but when I put my old atty on the new batt and it actually worked. It is making vapor better than it ever has! I realized that the problem is in the power supply. The DSE905 is going back to the outfit I bought it from and I am going to be doing more business with Madvapes from now on.

I have done a bit of commercial website work in the past and I know how complicated changing an entire commercial website can be. The fact that Madvapes stayed up and running during its recent changeover is commendable. The fact that they actually got orders in, filled and out the door during the changeover is amazing. Thanks Mark, I am a happy customer and will be ordering from you in the future.

Oh, BTW Mark, Thanks for the little flashlight (complete with Madvapes logo) and extra juice I found in my order. :thumbs: (wonderin about modding the flashlight. lol)

Madvapes is the best! Mark is always there to help you out. with madvapes i not only found my favotite ejuice (vanilla latte) but without a doubt the best place for all ecig related. the guy backs up all his products. theres not enough words to describe how GREAT madvapes is...
