Hiya folks, newbie here... happen to be the same age as Max over there but not so well preserved. :?:

Anyway, today was my first day with no analogs. I got the XL kit auto, and 18mg Cowboy juice, as I "was" a 2 1/2 pack a day M lights smoker. I followed up with a couple of the tobacco samplers, should be here tomorrow or so. That is the one with the 555, Dunhall, Hilton, etc.

I read this with some interest. Is it common for one to grow tired of a particular flavor?

Anyways, day one has gone well. Very happy I looked into this and went with V4L, I'm very pleased.

So, just sayin hello.

Welcome to the family, NoMatches. Nothing is common, everyone is different. I know people who vape the same flavor forever, and some want variety. The e-cig is called a personal vaporizer and it really is personal. Everyone developes a personal vaping experience and we share it here. Your journey will be unique to you and we look forward to hearing about your journey. Keep posting and welcome again.

Hey NoMatches! Welcome to the family.

Maxwell said it well....everyone is different. But there are some typical commonalities. Hang around the forums, read, participate, and ask questions. Before you know it, you'll be a veteran answering questions.

To answer your question....I've had maybe 3 goto favorites in the period of year. I break up my main goto vape with other flavors just to keep it interesting. You can burn out on a flavor after a while. That's ok, we have many to break up the monotony!!

Thanks Max.

I never thought I would see the day. I was a Chesterfield non filter smoker in the womb! Houseful of smokers, lit my first cig up aroung the age of 10. Tried gum, patches... and here I am, day one without an analog. And I'm not even bouncing off the walls. From 2 1/2 packs a day to zero overnight. When I was 22 I quit for a month, but other than that, never could get through even one day.

I actually believe that at this moment, I am a non-smoker. Miraculous.

Good advice I am sure! I have already found tha the net can be a very good way to get support in this effort. My sis was bugging me at Christmas to go to a shopping mall kiosk, I resisted, but it did get me to thinking.

Then at a fantasy football message board no less, people started a thread about E-Cigs. Their success stories got me interested. I looked more deeply into it, and V4L's rep for good products and great customer service are the reasons why I am a V4L customer now.

Talking here and with other people is indeed a great help. I vaped with analogs for two days, then went no analogs today. I am already recruiting other smokers I know, and I'll steer them to V4L because it's been everything I was told it was. I'm a conservative type. I'm happy and I stick with what works for me. V4L works for me. So, V4L's earned rep has served you well.

Thanks for the welcome and support.
