Marlboro Smooth Flavor or FIN "Cool Menthol" Liquid

So I have been vapeing for over a year and for ~6 months I was searching for a vape that tasted like a smooth, eventually I gave up and found a berry vape that has been my all day vape. About a week ago while I was in a different state my Protank died on me and my backup head was a dud. Lucky I was down the road from a wall-mart and picked up this retro looking pen style called FIN they had a lot of options on flavors, I picked the "COOL MENTHOL TASTE" and to my surprise it tasted exactly like a smooth, or at-least as i remember it. But they only sell there flavors as prefilled "510" cartos, (Well its a 510 connection but wont fire on anything else the inner connection is a little short.) but there like 20 bucks for 5, A bit too much considering I go threw one in a day.

TL/DR

I was wondering if anyone has found a juice that tastes like a smooth, knows where FIN gets their ""Cool Menthol Taste" juice from, or if they make it them self?

This may be way off as I dont know what a "smooth" is and haven't tried the FINs, but I've had Vermillion River's Minnesota Menthol. I'm not a regular menthol vaper, but this stuff was delicious to me and I've heard others describe is as a Marlboro Menthol. It's got a nice smooth tobacco with subtle menthol and a touch of mint sweetness. It may not be exactly like a Smooth or FIN, but I can't imagine anyone not liking it.
